Question: Can I pick up my child any time or during an emergency?
Answer: Of course you can pick up your child at any time. A call ahead of time will assist us to prepare your child to leave. Do keep in mind the hours they are being cared for that week in case of a pricing change.
Question: I won't be able to pick up my child today, may I send someone else instead?
Answer: Yes, but that person must have the release code word for your child(set up during enrollment) and a photo I.D.. This is to prevent any unauthorized relase of children.
Question: My child is allergic to peanuts, chocolate, oranges, etc..., will your facility be able to accommodate them?
Answer: Yes, please inform us during enrollment and we will take the proper measures to make sure they never encounter it.
